Minors can get piercings with a parent present to sign off for the piercing along with the parent's ID and minor's Birth Certificate.

Absolutely not. State law prohibits this behavior. The parent or guardian MUST be present at the time of the piercing.

My clients may bring no more than 1 guest for any service they are receiving. The only exception is both parents for minors. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN WITH YOU AS I DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN IN MY SHOP UNLESS THEY ARE GETTING PIERCINGS.
